Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ENGLAON shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Additional postage may apply if you are in WA Country NT or remote areas. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from Australia post once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Some small items would not have a tracking number.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and ENGLAON to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Insurance

We use Australia Post to deliver the item; we are not responsible for any item lost or damaged during transit. Therefore, transit cover is highly recommended to customer, optional insurance is available at checkout.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Australia.

 

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at ENGLAON shop. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

How to request a return for defective:

1. Please contact us with your order number, the item(s) you are returning and details of the problem. Our Customer Service Team will then issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) with return address. Please feature the RA# prominently on the outer packaging when you send it back to us (please noted that the return label is NOT Pre-Paid Label)

2. Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets defective items criteria, we will start to repair the units and please consider 5-10 working days is required for this job.

 

How to request money refund

1. Refund can be only made within 30 days from the purchase.

2. The postage fee is NOT refundable.

3. The item must be returned to us in its original condition, original condition means undamaged, including the outer packaging. Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets defective items criteria, a replacement product or a full refund to you. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item.

4. If No Problems was found by our inspectors, or customer change of minds, we will charge 10% restocking fees of total product price in this case. And if there are damaged parts or lost parts the value of these parts will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don’t match description.
